Airpals operates as a platform that connects shipping customers with independent transportation providers. In the course of providing services, third parties involved in a shipment, including stores, warehouses, building staff, doormen, or other pickup or delivery locations, may require verification of identity, authority, or ownership before releasing or accepting an item. These verification requirements are set by the third parties involved, not by Airpals, and are often necessary to complete the requested service.Where a customer chooses to use Airpals' platform to coordinate a shipment that involves such verification, the customer may be required to provide identity documents or other information to satisfy the third party's requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect such information while it is in our custody, and we share it only with the parties involved in completing the service.Customers who do not wish to provide such information through our platform may make alternative arrangements outside of Airpals to complete their shipments directly. By using Airpals' platform in connection with a shipment requiring third-party verification, the customer accepts responsibility for the information they provide, and Airpals shall not be liable for the verification requirements imposed by third parties or for the use of the information by such third parties in connection with completing the requested service.Security of Account Information
Account information is accessible online only through the use of a password. To protect the confidentiality of Personal Information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person.
